A useful response would record the concern, assign someone to assess it, communicate the decision and check the result with the people affected. Simply closing the report without explaining the action can discourage future reporting.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suggested review questions include: Are concerns easy to raise? Do workers receive feedback? Are overdue actions escalated? Are contractors included where relevant?
